Happy Hop – Easy & Friendly Return & Refund Policy

At HappyHop, we want you and your little one to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return or exchange process.

🕒 Return & Exchange Window

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery of your order, unless otherwise specified for a particular product or collection.

For wrong, damaged, or defective products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can review and resolve the issue promptly.

📦 General Return Policy

Products eligible for return may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet all the conditions below.

The product must:

Be completely unused and unworn
Be unwashed
Be in the same original, unused and saleable condition as received
Have all original tags and labels attached
Have the original tag loop intact. If the tag loop has been removed or cut, the product will not be eligible for return or exchange
Have no stains, makeup or foundation marks, food marks, perfume/deodorant smell, body odour, or other signs of use
Not have been altered, repaired, or damaged
Be returned in its original packaging, wherever applicable
Be accompanied by the order details or proof of purchase

All returned products are subject to quality inspection before the return or refund is approved.

💚 Return Charges

Free Returns

No return processing charge will apply when the issue is attributable to HappyHop, including:

Wrong product delivered
Wrong size sent by HappyHop
Wrong colour sent by HappyHop
Product damaged during delivery
Manufacturing defect

Where the issue is verified, HappyHop will arrange the necessary return pickup and provide an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable.

Customer-Requested Returns

For eligible products returned due to:

Change of mind
Product not being liked in person
Colour or style preference
Customer selecting the wrong size

a ₹100 return processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

This charge covers return logistics and handling.

🔄 Accessories Policy

For hygiene and safety, accessories like socks, hairbands, blankets & hair clips cannot be returned. Thanks for understanding.

🔄 Exchange Policy

For products eligible for exchange:

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
Only size exchanges of the same product are allowed
Product changes or exchanges for a different product are not permitted
Exchanges are subject to product availability
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags and labels attached
The original tag loop must remain intact

Exchange Shipping Charge

For general products, the first size exchange is free, subject to stock availability.

If an exchange is required because HappyHop sent the wrong product, size, or colour, or due to a verified product defect or damage, no exchange shipping charge will apply.

👗 Party Wear Collection – No Return, Free Size Exchange

Due to the special nature of our Party Wear Collection, Party Wear Dresses are not eligible for return or refund due to change of mind, colour preference, styling preference, personal preference, or customer-selected size.

However, we understand that choosing the right size for children can sometimes be difficult. Therefore, one free size exchange is available within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Size Exchange

You may request one size exchange for the same Party Wear Dress within 7 days of delivery.

The exchange must be for a different size of the same product
Product changes or exchanges for a different design are not permitted
The first size exchange is completely free
Exchange requests are subject to product availability
Only one size exchange per order/product is permitted
The product must be completely unused, unworn, and unwashed
All original tags and labels must be attached
The original tag loop must remain intact
The product must be in its original, unused and saleable condition
The product must have no stains, makeup/foundation marks, food marks, perfume/deodorant smell, body odour, or other signs of use
The product must not have been altered, repaired, or damaged
Original packaging must be returned wherever applicable

Carefully trying on the dress for size is acceptable, provided the dress remains clean, unused, undamaged, and all original tags and tag loops remain attached.

Exchange Availability

All size exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, we will contact you and provide the available options.

Wrong, Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive:

A wrong product
A wrong size or colour sent by HappyHop
A product damaged during delivery
A manufacturing defect
A product materially different from what was ordered or advertised

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs/videos showing the issue.

Where necessary, we may request an unboxing video or additional photographs to help us verify the claim.

If the issue is verified as being attributable to HappyHop or the product, no shipping or exchange charge will apply, and we will provide an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable.

Important: Product Inspection

All Party Wear Dresses returned for size exchange are subject to quality inspection before the exchange is approved.

Products showing signs of being worn, used, washed, stained, damaged, altered, or otherwise not in their original condition will not be eligible for exchange.

Examples include makeup or foundation marks, food stains, perfume/deodorant smell, body odour, washing marks, visible wear, damaged or removed tags/tag loops, alterations, or damage caused after delivery.

🚫 No Return After Exchange

Once a Party Wear Dress has been successfully exchanged, the exchanged product becomes a final sale.

The exchanged product is not eligible for a further return, refund, or additional exchange. Only one size exchange per order/product is permitted.

🧦 Accessories & Hygiene Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain accessories and products cannot be returned or exchanged.

These include:

Socks
Hairbands
Hair clips
Blankets
Other products specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page

If a non-returnable product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs/videos so that we can review the issue.

❌ Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

A return or exchange will not be accepted if the product:

Has been worn or used
Has been washed
Has stains, makeup, food marks, or other marks
Has perfume, deodorant, or body odour
Shows visible signs of wear
Has damaged, removed, or cut tags/tag loops
Has been altered or repaired
Has been damaged after delivery
Is missing its original packaging where required
Is a product or collection specifically marked as non-returnable

Carefully trying on a garment for size is acceptable, provided the product remains clean, unused, undamaged, and all original tags and tag loops remain attached.

📸 Wrong, Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive:

A wrong product
A wrong size or colour sent by HappyHop
A product damaged during delivery
A manufacturing defect
A product materially different from what was ordered or advertised

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs/videos showing the issue.

Where necessary, we may request an unboxing video or additional photographs to help us verify the claim.

If the issue is verified as being attributable to HappyHop or the product, we will provide an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable, without charging the applicable return/exchange shipping fee.

💳 Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and successfully passes our quality inspection:

Your refund will be initiated within 3 business days
The refunded amount may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider
Applicable return processing charges will be deducted from the refund
Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable

For eligible returns where the issue is attributable to HappyHop, no return processing charge will be deducted.

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after refund approval, please contact us at support@happyhop.in.

All returns and exchanges are subject to product inspection and approval.

Submitting a return or exchange request does not automatically guarantee approval. The product must meet the eligibility conditions outlined in this policy.

HappyHop reserves the right to reject a return or exchange if the product does not meet the stated eligibility requirements.
