Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition as you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, tag loop intact, and in its original packaging.

The tag loop must not be removed. If the tag loop is removed, the item is not eligible for return.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can submit a request through your recent order list within 7 days of purchase. You can always contact us with any return questions at support@happyhop.in.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Refund process timeframe: Refunds are initiated within 3 business days of approval.

Refund credit timeframe: The credited amount may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank or card provider.
