Shipping & Delivery

We apply shipping and delivery fees as outlined below. The shipping charges may vary depending on the order value of the product(s) added to your cart. By proceeding with the purchase, you consent to our authority to collect these shipping and delivery fees on behalf of the Logistic Partner responsible for the delivery service.

If shipping fees are charged for the delivery of a purchased product, they will be refunded proportionately in the event of a return or cancellation of the product. Please note, ownership and risk for all products you order will transfer to you upon successful delivery of the purchased products.

HappyHop Shipping and Delivery Guidelines

1. This Delivery Policy, alongside the Terms of Use, outlines HappyHop's policies and procedures regarding the delivery of products purchased via the Platforms. HappyHop strives to make every commercially reasonable effort to ensure that products are delivered to users promptly.

2. Users are expected to review and comprehend the terms of this Delivery Policy thoroughly. If you disagree with any of the terms stated herein, it is advised that you refrain from accepting the Terms of Use and this Delivery Policy, and discontinue use of the Platforms immediately. By continuing to use the Platforms, you unconditionally agree to accept and adhere to the terms of this Delivery Policy without alteration.

3. Third-Party Logistic Partners: HappyHop collaborates with third-party logistics service providers ("Logistic Partners") to facilitate product delivery to users. The details of the Logistic Partner responsible for delivering purchased products will be shared with the user once the product has been handed over to the partner by HappyHop. Additionally, users will be informed about the estimated delivery timeline on the order confirmation page. HappyHop may also undertake product delivery independently without involving Logistic Partners.

4. Delivery Area Coverage: HappyHop endeavors to provide delivery services across India. However, delivery is currently restricted to selected areas. While placing an order, users are required to input their pin-code to confirm delivery feasibility in their region. If the desired delivery location falls outside HappyHop’s recognized delivery network, the order cannot be processed further.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy: During checkout, users must provide a valid shipping address, complete with accurate information and identifiable landmarks. HappyHop will not be held accountable for delivery failures resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address details provided by the user.

6. Delivery Attempts and Possible Delays: A maximum of three delivery attempts will be made. If the user remains unavailable after three attempts, HappyHop reserves the right to cancel the order at its discretion. While HappyHop strives for timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors such as: Logistical challenges beyond, HappyHop's control such as Adverse weather conditions, Political disruptions, strikes, or lockouts, Natural disasters like floods or earthquakes, Other unforeseen circumstances. In case of delays, users will be notified via their registered email or mobile number. HappyHop disclaims liability for delays or failure to notify users of such delays and shall not compensate for mental distress caused by delays in shipment.

7. Delivery Personnel Conduct: HappyHop takes diligent measures to ensure its delivery executives and Logistic Partner employees uphold ethical and professional standards. However, any issues arising from discourteous or unprofessional behavior by these individuals are beyond HappyHop's control and must be resolved by the user independently.

8. Order Tracking: Upon order placement and handover to the Logistic Partner, users will receive a unique tracking ID. This ID can be used to monitor the delivery status on the HappyHop platform or the Logistic Partner's website/mobile app. While efforts are made to keep tracking information updated, real-time inaccuracies or technical limitations may occur.

9. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges may apply to orders below a specified value or those with cash-on-delivery or online payment options. These charges are non-refundable in cases of cancellation or return post-shipment, except when the product is deemed defective (as verified and accepted by HappyHop). Ownership and risk for the purchased product transfer to the user upon delivery.

10. Returns and Exchanges: Return and exchange processes are handled by HappyHop's reverse logistics partners or delivery executives. For detailed guidelines, users can refer to the Return and Refund Policy available on the platform.

11. Shipping and Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Standard delivery times range between 2 to 10 days from the shipping date, depending on the delivery location.
